Provided the purposes are as outlined within this document, Grenier Gagnon may share your personal information with agents responsible for our service delivery or parties involved in your file.

Your file is electronically stored within two data centers located in Montreal: one serving as the primary site, and the other as a disaster recovery site. Portions of your file may also be physically stored within our Montreal offices.

Except in certain circumstances stipulated by the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector, you hold the right to access and verify the personal information within your file upon written request, and if necessary, request in writing the correction of any erroneous information.
